What are the specific age requirements for the U-23 ticket?

The U-23 ticket is strictly for attendees who are aged 18 to 22 on the day of the event. If you are 23 years or older and attempt to enter with a U-23 ticket, you will be denied admission without a refund, so please ensure you purchase the GA or PGA ticket instead.

Is a photo ID required for entry into Ultra Japan?

What happens if it rains during the two-day festival?

Ultra Japan is a “rain or shine” event, meaning performances will continue during normal rain. however, the festival may be suspended or canceled in the event of dangerous stormy weather. Please note that umbrellas are prohibited inside the venue, so we recommend bringing a poncho.

Can I leave the venue and come back later?

Re-entry is permitted, but you must keep your original wristband intact and on your wrist at all times. Upon re-entering, you will be required to go through a security baggage check and present your wristband and valid photo ID again to the staff at the gate.
